We here at the fresh Hutturite products pages want to make sure all of our costomers are well taken care of. Shawna if one of he best customer sercive experts we have ever met, and you can be darn sure hat we will take care of our customers any way we are able to. We love you guys!!
Refund Policy - the basics
The policy we will have in place (and will be sticking to) is as follows:
You can cancel your order with a full refund anytime, up to 30 days before the delivery date.
If you are unable to take your order and need to get rid of it but are ineligible for a refund, we welcome you to post your order up and sell it to other customers in the group who might have missed the cutoff.
Lastly, we DO NOT have room for your order. We will not hold any orders for any amount of time unfortunately. This is due to multiple occasions in which we didn't have room for our own order (we have 3 freezers!!)
What to include in the Refund Policy
There are no refunds on the half and full beef orders.

The eligibility of your refund prior to the 30 days before delivery will be decided by Shawna or Beau. Our decision will be final and fair. Trust, we take care of you. Usually if we mess up you come out ahead!!
